Frequently asked questions
What is AeroFlame?
It is Flamerite’s patented flame technology, designed for a deeper, more convincing flame than a standard effect.
Can I put a TV above it?
Often yes, but it depends on the model and the media wall design. The heat outlet position and the comfortable viewing height both matter, so it is best to plan the wall around the fire. We can advise on this in the showroom.
Does it need a chimney or flue?
No. It is electric, so it needs no chimney or flue. It is built into the wall and runs from a fused spur or socket.
Can I run the flame without the heat?
Yes. You can enjoy the flame effect all year round with the heater off.
Do you install it and build the wall?
Yes. We supply across Warrington and the surrounding areas and our Osnath Works team can help build the finished media wall.
