Choosing a fire from photographs is guesswork. Our showroom at Osnath Works in Warrington exists so you can see fires burning, compare surrounds side by side, and talk it through with people who do this every day before you spend a penny.

Finding Us

Heatwave Fireplaces, Osnath Works, Lythgoes Lane, Warrington, WA2 7XE. We are open 7 days a week, with free street parking outside. If you are making a special trip for a particular model, call 01925 230045 first and we will check it is on display.

What You Will See

Working displays across the full range: gas fires, electric fires, wood burning and multi fuel stoves, media wall fires, and fireplace surrounds in marble, stone, cast iron and wood. Most of the fires are lit during opening hours, so you can compare flame pictures and heat properly rather than guessing from a brochure.

The surrounds on display are made at our own Osnath Works factory, so if you need a size or finish that is not standard, you are talking to the people who actually make them.

What Happens When You Visit

There is no need to book for a general look around. You will get honest, no pressure advice: tell us about your room and what you want from it, and we will show you what suits and tell you plainly what does not.

It helps to bring a photo of the wall or chimney breast where the fire will go, rough measurements of the opening or the space, and anything you know about your chimney or flue. If you are not sure about any of it, come anyway, that is what the conversation is for.

From Showroom to Fitted Fire

If you decide to go ahead, we arrange a survey where one is needed, agree the details, and coordinate the dates around your order. Installation is carried out by the trusted independent engineers we work with regularly, and the fitting charge is paid direct to your engineer on satisfactory completion.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Call in whenever suits you, seven days a week. Call ahead only if you want to be sure a specific model is on display.

Can I see fires actually working?

Yes. Most of the gas and electric fires are lit during opening hours, and that is the single best way to choose between them.

Do you cover my area?

We serve customers within roughly 20 miles of the showroom, including Warrington, Widnes, Runcorn, St Helens, Wigan, Lymm, Knutsford, Altrincham and Stockton Heath.
